Top Track:

Fabricated from 6063-T5 extruded aluminum, minimum wall thickness of .095".
|

Sill Track:
|
Fabricated from 6063-T5 extruded aluminum, minimum wall thickness of .125".
|

Barrier Panel:
|
Infill constructed of perforated 14 ga. mill-galvannealed steel or an optional 300 series stainless steel, secured to an aluminum frame. The surround frame is a double hollow 6063-T5 extruded aluminum shape with a minimum wall thickness of .080". Mitered, welded and fited with aluminum keys at corners for additional support.

Hardware:

All other hardware components, i.e. pivot and locing pins are supplied in rust inhibiting stainless steel or aluminum.

Finish:
|
Weather resistant electro-coated powder finishes, as well as, high tech baked on liquid coatings. Standard colors include bronze, white or clear anodized aluminum. Custom colors available. Warranty on finish one year.

Operation:
|
During hurricane warning periods, the barrier(s) must be locked into place with four push pins. The Bahama and Split Sash styles must be in the closed position and locked with pins.
